Start Your Project
Tell us what you're picturing for the property. We'll walk it with you, tell you honestly what's possible, and give you a clear plan. No pressure, and no obligation to go further.
What Happens Next
We'd rather spend an hour telling you a project isn't worth doing than sell you one that isn't. Here's how the first conversation actually goes.
We call you back to understand what you're planning and answer the obvious questions.
We walk the property with you, look at what the house and lot will allow, and talk through realistic options.
You get a considered plan and a straight answer on scope. What happens after that is entirely your call.
Questions
The first conversation and site visit are, yes. Detailed design work and preconstruction for larger projects are a separate agreement, and we explain exactly what that covers before you commit to anything.
No. Bring us the problem rather than the solution. Plenty of good projects start with "this room doesn't work and I don't know why" and end somewhere better than the fix people came in asking for.
No fixed minimum. A single roof or bathroom is worth doing properly. Tell us what you need and we'll be straight about whether we're the right fit for it.
It depends on scope and the season. Exterior work books out in spring and after hail events. We'll give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one to win the job.
We work from South Denver through Colorado Springs to Pueblo West, and west into Teller and Fremont County. If you're not sure, ask and we'll tell you straight away.
