Skill matters, and so does everything around it: turning up when you said you would, leaving a site clean, and telling someone early when something isn't right rather than covering it up.
We work in people's homes while they're living in them. That asks more of a crew than a new build does, and the people who do well here are the ones who treat a client's house the way they'd want their own treated.
You do the work properly when nobody is checking.
You communicate early, particularly about problems.
You're comfortable working in occupied homes and around clients.
You want to build things you'd be willing to put your name on.

It varies with the season and the schedule. We'd rather hear from good people whenever they're looking than only when a role is posted, so it's always worth making contact.

Yes. We work with trade partners across our service area and are always open to adding reliable ones. You'll need current licensing and insurance.
Across our service area, from south Denver through Colorado Springs to Pueblo West, and west into Teller and Fremont County. Most work is within a reasonable drive of the Springs.
