The Process

We walk the property with you, listen to how you actually use it, and look hard at what the house will and won't allow: structure, drainage, setbacks, soil, and HOA rules. You get an honest read before anyone talks about design.

Drawings develop alongside a working budget rather than ahead of it. Finishes, fixtures, and materials get chosen while the design can still move, so cost and taste are resolved together instead of in sequence.

Scope is locked, the schedule is built, and we carry the permit and approval process through the county and municipal offices across our service area. You sign off on a plan, not an estimate.

One project lead, one crew schedule, one phone number. Site protection, daily cleanup, and regular progress updates are how we work, not upgrades you have to ask for.

Final walkthrough with the punch list closed before we leave, all documentation handed over, and warranty coverage in writing. The relationship doesn't end at the last invoice.
